Half-Dead Online

HDO was an idea sprouted in senior year of high-school. I was taking an animation / motion graphics class and our final project was to pitch an original concept the whole class votes to work on together. This was mine - the chosen one!!!

Inspired by Sword Art Online, HDO is about four high-school gamers who are forced by the government to protect their school during a spreading virus caused by a new VR zombie game. During a game-crash, players who were zombies in the game continued to have undead and savage mental-states when unplugged from the headset, resulting in their loved ones and innocent people getting attacked like animals. Overtime, like the zombies in HDO, these zombie-victims improve in their strength and intelligence, becoming more difficult to stop and contain.

This concept could make a wild anime for sure, or Netflix TV show, movie, or sci-fi novel targeted for teens and young adults.
